Three trains in Rajkot division diverted due to track washout

RAJKOT: Four coaches of Surat-Nandurbar Passenger Memu Train derailed at around 11:35 am on Sunday when it was passing through the Dhekvad-Nandurbar section in Mumbai Division where heavy rain washed out the soil beneath the track. As a repercussion of this incident, three trains pertaining to Rajkot Division have been diverted.
Train (12906) Howrah-Porbandar Express (journey commencing from Howrah on July 9 has been diverted via Bhopal, Ratlam, Godhra, Vadodara instead of Jalgaon, Surat.
In second case, train (22937) Rajkot-Rewa Express (journey commencing from Rajkot on July 10 has been diverted via Godhra, Ratlam, Bhopal, Howrah instead of Surat, Jalgaon. In the third incident, train (18401) Puri-Okha Express (journey commencing from Puri on July 10 has been diverted via Bhusaval, Manmar, Vasai Road instead of Bhusaval, Jalgaon.
