Dyna Kill defended the Champion vs Champion race at the Namosau horseracing course in Ba yesterday.
The Nadi stallion beat Babasiga Lion in the Ba Motor Parts-sponsored event.
Organiser Sunil Sharma was overwhelmed with the turnout.
“92 horses participated and Dyna Kill defended the title for another year beating favourites Flying Sand from Sigatoka and Kalino.
“We did not have Pepsi this year. It would have been a tough race for Dyna Kill.”
Sharma said more than 3000 spectators were at Namosau.
“I appreciate all participants who made this event a grand success.”
The next race is set for August 14.
