Stockists: Bradleys, Selected O’Donovans and SuperValu (Ballincollig, Hollyhill), O’Briens, Ardkeen, World Wide Wines, Independents

I like all their ciders and the medium version is even better now that they have made it a little drier while the dry has a lovely bite.

The ciders are made from a mix of eaters and bramleys and only pure juice is used.

The Plum and Ginger Cider was launched in the past few months and is a little sweeter than the other versions so best served well chilled.

The plums, apples and berry fruit flavours hit the palate first with the ginger coming in on the finish to add a good hit of freshness.
