Rendition of Ramadasa kirtanas, discourse on Ramayana and a host of other devotional programmes marked the beginning of the five-day Bhakta Ramadasu “Aaradhanotsavam” in Nelakondapalli, the native place of the legendary saint composer, on Wednesday.

The members of Sri Bhakta Ramadasa Vidwath Kala Peetam and others paid floral tributes to the renowned saint composer near his idol at a programme held at the Dyana Mandiram in the evening on the inaugural day of the aradhanotsavam.

The organisers said, the five-day event will feature navaratna kirtana, goshti ganam, harikathas, spiritual discourses and devotional music concerts bringing together many exponents in all these fields.
