Dehradun, July 6
Kiran Ulfat Goyal, the chief promoter of Nanhi Dunya, the International Movement of Children and their Friends, was honoured with the ‘Nanda Davi Samman’ by Rajya Sabha MP Tarun Vijay in Dehradun today. She was felicitated for her outstanding contribution to the field of child welfare. Vice-chancellor of FRI Dr Savita was the guest of honour on the occasion.
The award ceremony was organised by Nanda Davi Raj Jat Poorv Pithka Samiti. Nine women were felicitated for contributions to their respective fields.
