PUTRAJAYA: Authorities must determine if those behind the Puchong hand grenade attack acted alone or were part of a network with overseas connections, says Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein.
The Defense Minister expressed concern over the attack and said it had to be determined how extensive the link to the Islamic State was.
