Her picture on Instragram has kicked up a huge storm. Bodyshamed for posting a picture, Parno Mittra has lashed out at her detractors as only she could with another picture and a burning caption.
However, what we found interesting is the connection between her first picture and the world's united fight against body shaming.
The caption that Parno used for the first picture, the one that had trolls posting lewd comments, reads:
"I'm a bitch, I'm a lover, I'm a child, I'm a mother
I'm a sinner, I'm a saint, I do not feel ashamed
I'm your hell, I'm your dream, I'm nothing in between"
Now this is actually the lyrics to Grammy winning singer Alanis Morissette's famous song, I'm a little bit of everything.
And what truly clicks is that Morissette, who is pregnant, had recently posted a naked underwater picture of her baby bump, taking her own stand against bodyshaming by celebrating of the woman's form in all its natural glory. The caption? "you have to be extra gentle around ladies because they are the most helpful people in the world 'cause they make persons - Ever Imre Morissette-Treadway. (sic)"
Here is the picture by Morisette:
As they say, good things/people have a way of sticking together!
