Truly International (00732) said YMC CO., Ltd. agreed to provide the company machinery and parts of the fifth generation TFT-LCD production line disassembly services for the total service fees of US$12.32 million.
As the equipment is currently located in Korea, the Group needs to disassemble them from the factories of Samsung in Korea. Truly International considers that YMC has extensive experience in providing disassembly services for TFT-LCD equipment and also offers reasonable market prices.
