Surinder Mohan Gupta took over as the president of Rotary Club Mandi for 2016-17 here on Sunday. Detailing his future plans, Gupta said this year the club would carry out five projects on disease prevention, four projects each on water and sanitation in schools, maternal and child health, basic education and literacy in the district. — TNS
