Jhilmil Industrial Area EPFO takes action against man over pending dues

The Jhilmil Industrial Area EPFO Friday initiated action against Rakesh Singh.The EPFO said recovery officer, Sanjeev Kumar Gupta attached Singh’s car, after the EPFO established that Singh owed dues to the tune of Rs 1.45 crore.

The Jhilmil Industrial Area EPFO Friday initiated action against Rakesh Singh, the proprietor of M/s Rakesh Singh Nursery, for defaulting on PF dues meant for employees.

The EPFO said recovery officer, Sanjeev Kumar Gupta attached Singh’s car, after the EPFO established that Singh owed dues to the tune of Rs 1.45 crore.
