Center trying to improve relations with neighbor countries: V K Singh

Balia, Jul 1 (UNI) Justifying the frequent tours of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Minister of state for External Affairs General V K Singh said here today that central government is putting efforts to improve relations with neighbor countries.
While talking to the media here, Mr Singh said center government is continuously trying to improve relations with neighbor countries. Talk and meeting can bring the change. Indian government has positive attitude for neighbor Pakistan.
Mr Singh said he does not know that China opposed Nuclear Supplier Group (NSG) membership of India or not. Media is not presenting exact truth behind China’s oppose. Meeting of NSG was in closed room. Only the persons inside the room can say that China opposed India or not.
