Water supply to be affected in West Bengaluru

BENGALURU: Cauvery water supply to various parts of West Bengaluru will be affected on Saturday, July 2, 2016. The Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) will be taking up a pipe replacement work to address water leakage issues near Beggars Colony along Magadi Road of West Zone due to which the water supply will be cut off in the surrounding areas.
Areas that will be affected are Govindrajnagar, MC Layout, Bapuji Layout, Central Excise Layout, Prashanth Nagar, Ranganathpur, Hampi Nagar, Remco Layout, Vijayanagar, Subbanna Garden, Sampige Layout, HVR Layout, Syndicate Bank Colony, Basaveshwara Layout, Marenahalli, GKW Layout, RPC Layout and surrounding areas.
