Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Jul 1 2016 5:37PM ULFA(I) condoles Swu’s deathGuwahati, Jul 1 (UNI) The proscribed ULFA(I) today expressed its condolence at the death of NSCN(IM) leader Isak Chishi Swu, who breathed his last at a New Delhi hospital earlier this week following a protracted illness. In a message, ULFA(I) ‘chairman’ Dr Abhizeet Asom said, “With great sadness, we join at United Liberation Front of Asom (Independent) to deeply condole the passing of Swu in reverence, a tower of a man in the politics of the Naga People as a whole.” Dr Abhizeet recalled Swu’s contribution in uniting the Naga tribes for a common cause and providing the revolutionary inspiration to fight on.
