The Company is pleased to advise that Mr Ivan Wong has today been appointed as a non executive Director of the Company.

Mr Wong, aged 53, has strong IT background and over 20 years experience in running various businesses in Australia. Mr Wong is currently an Executive Director of Great Pacific Financial Group, established in 1992. Via its subsidiary/related companies it has been involved in many business operations/ventures since establishment. Currently its core business is in mortgage finance, loan management and property management. Previously it had businesses in financial services, IT services, property information, property development, hotel investment and management services. Great Pacific Financial Group also has well established exposure and connections in China. In 2010 it formed a 50/50 joint venture company, SLW Minerals Corporation Pty Ltd (SLW), with some high net worth Chinese clients. SLW currently holds some 16 million shares in the Company and holds a 40% interest in an incorporated exploration Joint Venture, SLW Queensland Pty Ltd, with the Company owning the other 60%.

Mr Wong is considered to be a non independent Director.
