Eddie Redmayne is one of the most polished-looking guys in the game. Whether he’s wearing some sort of dashing tartan suit for a winter movie premiere, or cruising up to the Venice Film Festival in chinos and a blue shirt that are miles away from the version you own, he always picks the right thing. And mixes it together the right way. And it all always fits him just right. Further proof: The actor’s signature airport-style move is using an old-school leather valise as his carry-on.
That said, if anyone was going to rise to the challenge of looking halfway decent with a newborn at home, it’s him. And nail it he did, earlier this week when he emerged with his new baby Iris in tow. Sure, Redmayne looks decidedly more rumpled than usual, and god knows what baby accessories are stuffed into those bulging pockets of his, but this is good stuff under the circumstances. Messy hair, a respectable sweatshirt, black skinny jeans, and old-school sneakers are a combination every soon-to-be dad should commit to memory.
