The police was supposed to serve a warrant of arrest for murder to Ron Ryan Barroga, the No. 1 in the most wanted list of the police, at the site where he usually does his illegal drugs transactions at the NIA road, Barangay Caingin.
Police Supt. Reynaldo Maclang, Sta. Rosa Laguna chief of police, said Barroga and his partner-in-crime Jerome Garcia, resisted arrest that resulted in a shoot out.
Reynaldo Capule, Barangay Caingin tanod, said the Barroga and Garcia have criminal records, and are known holduppers. — BAP, GMA News
