Tanya is Radha Mohan's choice as Arulnithi's pair

We had told you that Mysskin has chosen the yesteryear actor Ravichandran's granddaughter Tanya for his next project. Now, we learn that Tanya will be making her debut in another film, and this one, too, will have an acclaimed director helming it. The young lady has been roped in by Radha Mohan to play the female lead in his upcoming film with Arulnithi.Given that Arulnithi is also from a filmi family, looks like this is one lead pair that has legacy riding on its shoulders.
Speaking to us, Tanya reveals that it was news of her being cast in Mysskin's film that brought her to Radha Mohan's notice. But she says that when she got the call from the Mozhi director to audition for the role, she first reached out to Mysskin to seek his permission. 'It is with his blessings that I went to my audition,' she adds.
However, she gets cagey when we ask her about the role that she will be playing. 'Be it Mozhi or Abhiyum Naanum or his recent Uppu Karuvadu, the heroine has been integral to the plot of his films, and this one, too, will be no different,' is all she says. But she reveals that Radha Mohan has given her 'homework' to prepare for this role, and she will be going to an acting workshop and taking dance classes for the same.
We hear that the shoot of the film, which revolves around the relationship between an actor and his fan, will start this August.
