Connecticut agency Mintz + Hoke has promoted Megan Barta to media planner and Ben Cadwell to senior account executive.

Megan Barta joined the agency in 2013 as media assistant and quickly showed a passion for measurable cross platform campaign activations. In her role as Media Planner, she works with the media team to continually optimize media delivery focused on customer engagement. Barta's clients include brands in the dining and entertainment, insurance and healthcare sectors with national, regional and local campaigns. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in Advertising from Washington State University. She reports to Senior Media Planner Rebecca Sheehan.

Ben Cadwell joined Mintz + Hoke in 2013 as an account executive. In his new role as a Senior Account Executive, he oversees inception, development and delivery of marketing programs that help clients overcome their hardest marketing obstacles – including the launch of the state’s first bus rapid transit system to re-energizing an existing brand looking to take on a new position in the market. Cadwell earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Western New England University. He reports to Management Supervisor Rena Astle.
