Mohun Bagan signs Darryl Duffy for 2016-17 football season

Kolkata, Jun 30 (UNI) Kolkata football giants Mohun Bagan have signed Darryl Alexander Duffy for 2016-17 football season, club sources here today said.
Duffy is no new name to Indian Football the player has plied his trade in Indian football playing for Salgaocar FC in three editions of I-League, and he was honored as the joint winner of Golden Boot in the year 2013-14, netting 14 goals for Salgaocar and also won the FPAI Foreign Player of the Year Award in 2014. He has been Salgaocar's top scorer in every year since he marked his arrival to India.
Before joining Indian Football, he was an established name in English football, having played for Glasgow Rangers in Scottish Premier League and Swansea in the English Championship from thereon have represented numerous sides in Scottish First Division and English League Leagues.
