Kabul : Twin explosions targeting a Police convoy on their way from Wardak province to Kabul, rocked the Afghan capital on Thursday.
Officials said the incident took place in Qala-e-Haidar Khan village in Company area in Kabul city and that the convoy was transporting newly graduated police officers.
A security official confirmed that a suicide bomber targeted a vehicle belonging to the security forces and added that the bus carrying police cadets were targeted as they were on their way.
The officials however did not disclose any reports of causalities so far.
Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack. (ANI)
