PESHAWAR: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested  Wasiullah, a terrorist of banned outfit along with arms during a crackdown here on Thursday.

According to reports, responding to information provided by an under custody terrorist Zahid, the CTD team conducted operation in Safaid Dheri locality of the provincial capital Peshawar.

During operation the police arrested Wasiullah, wanted by police in target killing of principal of a private college and other terrorist activities, recovered arms from his possession.

The detainee was shifted to an undisclosed location for further investigation.
