Nothing wrong in a casual nude appearance, says Neha

Neha Mahajan started her career with 'Bewakt Barish' and got recognition with Deepa Mehta���s 'Midnight���s Children'. Recently, she was seen in the Marathi movie 'Youth', which failed to garner a good response, but that hasn���t kept Neha out of news.
The 'Coffee Aani Barach Kahi' actress��� alleged nude MMS has been doing the rounds for a while and has created havoc in the film industry.Clearing the air around the same, Neha told us, ���Firstly, it���s not an MMS but a clip from my Malayalam film Chaayam Poosiya Veedu. As for the nudity, I don���t think there is anything wrong in a casual nude appearance in front of the camera. An actor has the freedom to portray any role that touches his/ her heart in a manner he/ she deems fit."

She added, "Besides, perspective is more important. A sari-clad women can also be portrayed in the most vulgar and obscene way onscreen and we have seen such examples. For me, there is nothing bold in stripping. In fact, boldness comes from spontaneity; from originality.���

This is the second such incident involving a Marathi actress. In the past, Radhika Apte was embroiled in a similar controversy when alleged nude photos of hers went viral on social media.
