Zarina Wahab gets emotional about son Sooraj Pancholi

Veteran actress Zarina Wahab, who was recently seen in a music video, as Taapsee Pannu's mother, says that her son, Sooraj Pancholi, was glad when he first heard about this news. She says, 'I told him only after the shoot was over. He was happy to see me in it. This was the first time that I had ever shot for a single and it was a lot of fun.'

Though her role was small, shooting for it was an emotional experience for Zarina as the script entailed a fatal mishap.Conceding that she's terrified of accidents, the doting mother recalls an incident involving her son that triggered off this fear. 'In 2011, when we had been to Goa, Sooraj had a terrible bike accident. He was badly hurt and was lying on the road helplessly for half an hour because no one came forward to help him,' she says, adding, 'Since then, I am petrified of accidents. Main dua karti hoon ki kisi maa aur baap ko, iss tarah ka manzar dekhne ko naa mile.'
