Fresh off the grand re-opening of its upsized Victoria’s Secret store, Denver Pavilions is gearing up to welcome another new fashion retailer to the downtown shopping center.
Women’s clothing boutique Francesca’s will open a 1,200-square-foot store on the second level of the Pavilions in late August, officials announced this week. The store will be located next to the much-anticipated Uniqlo store set to open this fall.
It will be the Houston-based retailer’s 13th store in Colorado, joining more than 600 locations nationwide, according to the company’s website.
“The addition of Francesca’s is another example of a best-in-class national retailer choosing Downtown Denver and Denver Pavilions in particular,” Gart Properties president Mark Sidell said in a statement.
This fall, the downtown shopping center will also welcome arcade/gastropub FTW, which chose the Pavilions for its first Colorado location, and third nationwide. Short for “For the Win,” FTW plans to open on the mall’s third level next to the Lucky Strike bowling alley.
