CMA CGM now owns so many shares in Neptune Orient Lines (NOL) that the company can take ownership of the Singapore-based carrier through a compulsory acquisition, which is expected to take around one month.

French container carrier CMA CGM has crossed the share threshold and is now able to take ownership of Neptune Orient Lines (NOL) through a compulsory acquisition, informs CMA CGM in a press release.
