L&T Infotech to hit capital markets on July 11

Mumbai, Jun 29 (UNI) Engineering Major, Larsen & Toubro said that
initial public offer of its subsidiary L&T Infotech to hit capital
markets on Monday July 11, 2016
L&T Infotech, Red Herring Prospectus filed by L&T Infotech with the
Registrar of Companies,Maharashtra, Mumbai, has been approved on
June 28, 2016.
The Offer will close on Wednesday, July 13, 2016.
Larsen & Toubro Infotech is offering 1.75 crore shares to public
through this IPO, which is mainly aimed at listing its shares on the
exchanges and unlock shareholders value. L&T holds 94.96 per cent
stake in Larsen & Toubro Infotech.
The listing of the equity shares will enhance our brand name and
provide liquidity to the existing shareholders," the Mumbai-based IT
services and solutions company said in its prospectus.
