Minister for Education Naeem Akthar today said the Government has adopted ‘First Come First Serve’ criteria for the allotment of flats to the Darbar Move Employees.Replying to a question of Showkat Hussain Ganaie, the Minister said 48 sets have been constructed in the phase-I at Residential colony Pampore and allotments have been made in favor of the Government employees on First Come First Serve basis. He said the department has recently adopted a procedure of applying online.
