Ashwin Kumar to share screen with Nivin again

Ashwin Kumar to share screen with Nivin again
'Jacobinte Swargarajyam' was his debut film, but actor Ashwin Kumar made Mollywood sit up and take notice of him, as the formidable villain opposite Nivin Pauly’s character. The actor also wowed the audiences further, as videos of his stand-up comedy and mimicry shows surfaced. The Dubai-based actor will soon be seen in another film with Nivin — the upcoming Tamil movie, directed by Gautham Ramachandran.

A source close to the project says, “Ashwin plays a character who is always on the run. The director liked his performance in Jacobinte Swargarajyam and so decided to cast him.”
Ashwin too isn’t keen to reveal much about his second film, but says, “I have just started shooting for the movie and have shot for a small portion as of now. I am not the villain in this film, but one of the main characters. In fact, there aren’t any good or bad guys in the movie; every character has a bit of both shades in the story.” The actor says he is yet to shoot with Nivin for this film. “It might happen in the next schedule, which is a month away,” he says.
The movie, which is touted to be a remake of Kannada film 'Ulidavaru Kandanthe' also has Shraddha Srinath and Lakshmi Priyaa Chandramouli as part of the cast.
