BSF to train Gujarat youth from border districts under Skill Development Programme
Gandhinagar: With a view to prepare youth of the Gujarat’s border districts like Banashkantha, Patan and Kutch to get employment opportunities in Asam Rifles, security forces, home guard, police and paramilitary forces, Borders Security Force will provide pre-examination training under the Skill Development Programme.
BSF experts will impart training to around 800 to 1,000 youth of the state and help them to get employment opportunities.
BSF has also made arrangement, for those who don’t get recruited in such forces, securities agencies will be provide employment for them with monthly salary of Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 12,000.
BSF will provide intensive training for medical test, physical training, written test, PT drill, uniform and escort duty etc in its own campuses situated in Gandhinagar, Dantiwada, Bhuj and Gandhidham. 50 candidates in one batch will get 30 days trainings and meanwhile they will also be provided with facilities of accommodation, food, uniform and PT kit etc. 10 days pre-examination refresher course has also been arranged for the trainees.
