REVINDER SINGH PANNU ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF COMMON SHARES OF JDF EXPLORATIONS INC.

On or about June 27, 2016, Revinder Singh Pannu acquired four million common shares of JDF Explorations Inc., representing approximately 9.92 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the issuer. As of June 27, 2016, the acquiror did not own any of the issued and outstanding common shares of the issuer. The acquiror paid an average price of 0.5 cent per share for total consideration of approximately $9,775.

The common shares are being acquired and will be held for investment purposes. Depending upon the circumstances, Mr. Pannu may, from time to time, acquire additional securities or related financial instruments of the Issuer or dispose of all or a portion of the securities or related financial instruments of the issuer previously acquired.
