The self-proclaimed fitness guru found fame, love and scored heaps of freebies (a trip to Singapore being just one) thanks to his stint on The Bachelor.

So when Confidential stumbled across Wood labelling his time on the Channel Ten reality show as “the hardest thing I’ve ever done”, we nearly choked on our Sam Wood endorsed Weet-Bix.
