Story of my life!

On 24 October 1995 a boy was born but the family was crying instead of celebrating the arrival of the new born male.

Grandmother was not delighted to see her daughter having kid in a young age, and she was so furious to such an extend she even thought of chasing a mother.

A boy's name was Kagiso Abel he was given this name because he was regarded as a tool that will bring peace in the family.

A father ran away, grandma died, and my mother's sisters helped her out, poverty striked and I had to grow up without a father, and I had to go to school without money nor lunchbox.

I was bullied at school, being called a sissy and a poor boy, during rainfall we had to wake up and place buckets and bath to prevent our bed from being wet.We were selling beers, and sometimes during exams customers made conflicts and cause noise making me not being able to read with an understanding. I saw school as a waste of time, and I turned to be a bully, steal other children's lunch boxes and my mother was a regular visitor at school.

Then l failed twice, and my teacher introduced me to God,I prayed starting to attend church, and respecting.

I became good boy, and l completed my matric last year 2015, and now am at University of Johannesburg doing my degree in teaching.

I don't have money to pay for tuition fees, I hope as God managed to changed me from being naughty and bully into a respectful young man and a good boy, I believe that I can win this money and help me with my educations and to eradicate poverty!
