Talking to newsmen here, party spokesperson Ambati Rambabu said ‘Mr Naidu has become a spendthrift by world-hopping trying to beat the record of Prime Minister and must be under the impression that Andhra Pradesh is not a state but a nation by itself and has been going round the globe seeking investments with no outcome.’ His latest visit to China has been projected as an exercise to fetch funds for Amaravathi capital city and to attend the World Economic Forum.
