It appears Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard is yet to gain the iconic status he had at Anfield after his name was incorrectly printed on the back of his LA Galaxy shirt.
After making more than 500 appearances for his home-town club, Gerrard's name can still be heard emanating from the terraces at Anfield on a matchday.
However, despite making the switch to the Galaxy in 2015 as one of their marquee signings, it appears he has plenty of work to do to replicate the level of admiration he had on Merseyside.
This comes after the former England midfielder had his name spelled wrong on the back of his shirt while he captained the Galaxy against the San Jose Earthquakes.
The mix-up in the wardrobe department saw Gerrard take to the field with three Rs in a row printed on his back in an embarrassing moment for the MLS franchise's kit man.
But, unlike a number of sensitive professionals before him, Gerrard refused to let the error affect his display as his played a key role in Sunday's 1-1 draw, setting up Giovani dos Santos for his side's equaliser.
And, similarly to their skipper, the Galaxy were quick to mask over the mistake too, tweeting: "Close enough. #Rad."
