To many, Ye Wen, from Xinyang City in central China’s Henan Province, may appear to be in her 20s. In actuality, as many web users shocked to discover, she is actually in her 50s.

Ye took up swimming when she was 30 years old. She also started body-building around this time as well. She goes to the gym two or three times a week and spends about two hours swimming or using gym equipment every day.

She described herself as slim and elegant in her 30s. Now, she says, she’s a vigorous fitness enthusiast.

She swam across the Strait of Malacca in March and plans to cross the Han River in South Korea in September. Her goal is to keep fit like the Victoria’s Secret models and wear bikinis even in her 80s.
