Nadia Forde will present one episode of TV3's Xpose
After losing two stone, Nadia revealed that her fitness regime includes boxing and ballet. An interesting mix of disciplines. One is brutal, over-hyped and hard to watch. And so is the other one. To celebrate the weight loss, Nadia took off to Dubai. Brave move when you are on a diet to go somewhere surrounded by des-ert. (Sorry.) Nadia posted some revealing bikini selfies from her hotel. You know, those ones taken in the mirror that send a simple message - my hotel room is bigger than yours.

Husband Brian Ormond announced on Twitter that he felt "blessed and grateful" when their second boy, Louis, was born. Possibly because Pippa said she will breastfeed. Brian has probably seen what washing and sterilising 48 bottles a day can do to a man. "Blessed and grateful" can only begin to describe the feelings there. Pippa recently introduced Louis to his godfather, Brian Dowling. He giggled, scrunched up his nose and went "Oooh-oooh-oooh". And so did Louis.

Jodi is a former Hollyoaks star. A lot of people find the soap outlandish and hard to believe. Mainly because it portrays hot north-of-England people with all their own teeth. (We saw naught like that when we went on us 'olidays tit Blackpool.) Simon Cowell gave Jodi and her husband, Kian Egan, a Louis Vuitton chest worth 60 grand for their wedding. It wouldn't be the first time a former Hollyoaks star got an expensive new chest, says you.

Sarah Morrissey hosts Xpose
Sarah is married to Pat Jennings Jr, who plays in goal for St Patrick's Athletic. She took one look at him, and said "He's a keeper". Sorry. He's her number one. Stop, we get it. We're not sure how many of Sarah's Irish Model friends were invited to their wedding in Italy. But the Italian photographer was surprised that his wedding party shots involved two bikini-clad women advertising mobile phone tariffs. Only messing. There were three of them. OK, we get it.

Michelle Heaton hosts Xpose
Michelle was on You're A Star with some has-been called Brendan O'Connor. Whatever happened to him? Michelle was also a guest host on Podge and Rodge. Some say they roasted needy Z-list types in a truly unique way. We say: Tonight with Vincent Browne. Michelle's brave decision to undergo a double mastectomy attracted praise. Even from the tabloids, who were forced to talk about breasts rather than showing them.
