As many as 501 beneficiaries have availed benefits under the Bhagat Puran Singh Sehat Bima Yojana (BPSSBY) of the state government in the current fiscal. During a review meeting of various schemes of the Health Department held recently, Deputy Commissioner Varun Roojam said beneficiaries, who were treated at empanelled government and private hospitals under the BPSSBY, availed cumulative benefit of Rs 32,10,900.

He said a total of 30 complaints regarding the scheme were received and all were addressed in time.
