Video: Irish fans show class again by applauding French as world mourns loss of Boys In Green
Beaten but never unbowed. Ireland fans have just witnessed one of our most heartbreaking defeats but, as has been the case for the whole tournament, the travelling support have shown their class again in Lyon.
While France celebrated wildly following their 2-1 win over the Irish, The Green Army took time to congratulate their French counterparts in the Parc Olympique Lyonnais.
While French fans are, of course, delighted that their team are through to the last eight, they still took time to hail the Ireland fans after their win.
