PM Modi must use clout to declare Nepal ‘Hindu Rashtra’: HJS

India should make timely interference and turn Nepal into a Hindu Rashtra," Ramesh Shinde the National Spokesperson of HJS said.

Allaying security concerns to India from China, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) demanded that Prime Minister Narendra Modi ‘scrap’ Nepal’s secular Constitution and use his clout to declare Nepal a ‘Hindu Rashtra’. “The brotherly relations of present Government in Nepal with India are facing extinction, and China wants to take undue advantage of this situation. The increasing influence of China over Nepal is detrimental to the security of India; therefore, India should make timely interference and turn Nepal into a Hindu Rashtra,” Ramesh Shinde the National Spokesperson of HJS said.

Speaking at the conclusion of 5th All India Hindu Convention on Saturday, Ramesh Shinde without naming the Central government expressed reservation that rampant appeasement of minorities was taking place in the country under the pretext of secularism and at the expense of atrocities against Hindus.

Bharatiya Janata Party MLA, Raja Singh demanded to know why cow slaughter ban was not in effect across the country. “In Maharashtra there is ban to kill cow progeny, but then why not in Goa – which is a BJP-ruled state. Why ban on cow slaughter is not even implemented in other BJP-ruled states,” he said.
