Sarah Jessica Parker is finally making her big return to the small screen since Sex And The City ended over 10 years ago.
The Golden Globe -winning actress (51) hung up her Manolos as Carrie Bradshaw in 2004 and has been inundated with offers since, but it was the work of Irish writer and actress Sharon Horgan which finally convinced her.

In the highly anticipated trailer released on Thursday, SJP is unhappily married to Thomas Haden Church before bringing up the D-word, with the hope that, "Now we can go back to just liking each other again."
Horgan said when she first met the style icon she dolled up to the nines, but SJP was typically understated.

“I spent a long time getting ready and turned up dressed to the nines, but she was in sweatpants with no make-up," she said.
“She had read some scripts I had written for HBO, but hadn’t seen anything I had made. We just got on. She is an unassuming, unstarry, very sweet, considerate, nice person.”
HBO has commissioned the first season for 10 episodes.
