Seems like the baseball gods owed Cubs infielder Javier Baez after one of the best defensive plays you’ll ever see was overturned by replay.

So maybe this diving catch into the stands in Miami was some kind of karmic payback:

Even better for the Cubs: Baez didn’t appear to be injured making the play. And it made for an absolutely incredible photo (see above).
