JAPANESE Ambassador Kazuhide Ishikawa and Secretary of Foreign Affairs Jose Rene D. Almendras have signed and exchanged notes on the Japanese Grant Aid for Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS) Project.
This grant aid provides a fund amounting to 274 million yen (approximately 117 million pesos) to cover 20 JDS fellows, consisting of Filipino young officials from various governmental institutions, entering Japan starting Academic Year 2016-2017.
