Thanking Chief Minister Siddaramaiah for recognising his ability, Minister for IT and BT and Tourism, Priyank Kharge, who has been appointed as district in-charge Minister, has said that he would focus on development not politics.
Talking to The Hindu from Bengaluru, Mr. Priyank Kharge said, “I will fulfill the expectation of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.”
When asked about the annoyance expressed by by former Ministers, he said that they must work together for the district. “I will talk with all MLAs seeking cooperation to implement development programmes in the district to ensure that the benefits reach the people effectively.”
