Huma Qureshi likes taking up challenging roles

Huma Qureshi, who's been keeping a low profile in Bollywood, will soon be seen with Mammootty. The actress, who loves taking up unconventional roles, learnt Malayalam for this one. With an international project with director Gurinder Chadha in the pipeline, which she bagged after many rounds of auditions, is certainly on a roll. Though not one to chase roles, she believes that if something is destined to happen, it will and going for auditions makes way for people who best deserve it.

In an interview to a daily, Huma said that while it was a challenging experience and that in one of the scenes where she has to explain Shakespeare to him, she wanted someone to kill her.According to reports, the actress has also been signed to play the role of adult star, Shakeela in filmmaker Indrajit Lankesh's next.
