Addressing a press conference in the city, he said holding dual citizenship was ''anti-national'' and Shiv Sena would oppose it. ''Goa is an important state in the country but a large number of people here want to take dual citizenship. It shows failure of the government and the party which came to the power on the slogan of national patriotism. People are thinking of leaving the country because of unemployment.
