An Adventure-filled Children's Book that Promotes the Importance of Friendship

Magical Wings follows the story of two caterpillar sisters, Khalia and Ella, who embark on a journey to find their way home after being blown away by a thunderstorm.

Khalia and Ella were named after the daughters of Denise, the woman who inspired Sherman to write a children's book. His passion for writing was heightened by the woman's enthusiasm to enlighten and guide the youth. Their dreams brought forth a delightful tale about sisterhood, cooperation, understanding, and friendship.

Through the little caterpillars' journey, kids will learn that even the worst of struggles can bring in the best experiences. The life lessons taught in this book are accompanied by colorful drawings and a little crossword puzzle to excite the kids.

This book is the first out of three adventures of the caterpillar sisters.

The book was showcased at the 2015 Frankfurt Book Fair which took place last October 14 to 18. Moreover, Magical Wings will be on display at the 2015 Guadalajara International Book Fair which will be held at the Expo Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Mexico on November 28 – December 6, 2015.

Book enthusiasts will have more of Magical Wings at the 2016 Ohioana Book Festival. It will take place on April 23, 2016 at the Sheraton Columbus Hotel at Capitol Square, 75 East State Street, Columbus, Ohio.

Bobby Sherman was born in Worcester, Massachusetts. He received a bachelor's degree in Music Therapy, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of Miami. Sherman also has an Associate's Degree in Web Design from the International Academy of Design and Technology.
