ISLAMABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has stepped up the campaign against human traffickers and proclaimed offenders and nabbed several culprits during raids in Dina, Mangla and other areas. The FIA has arrested proclaimed offenders from different places who were wanted in several cases including human trafficking. Dr Waqas who was arrested from Mangla was wanted to FIA since 2010. The name of human trafficker Ghazanfar who was apprehended from Dina is included in the red book. One human trafficker Khawaja Wahid who was hiding in Al Kausar hotel in Dina was also arrested and nine passports were recovered from his possession. Khawaja Wahid used to grab hefty money from innocent citizens on the false promises of sending them to the UK. A proclaimed offender Qari Zafarullah was also arrested during a raid as he was wanted by the FIA since 2012.
