Bank of America Hires Luca Ferrari as Head of M&A in EMEA Region

Bank of America Corp. named Luca Ferrari as its new head of mergers and acquisitions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa as the bank seeks to bolster its advisory business in the region.

Ferrari will start in July and be based in London, Bank of America said in an e-mailed memo Thursday. He will report to co-heads of global M&A, Jack MacDonald and Adrian Mee, as well as the bank’s head of investment banking in EMEA Luigi Rizzo.
