Srinagar: The government on Thursday assured the state Assembly that it would review the matter of slapping of the Public Safety Act (PSA) on a youth who had allegedly desecrated a place of worship in Jammu recently if it was proved that he had any mental health problem. The assurance was given by Revenue Minister Syed Basharat Ahmad Bukhari in a response to the issue raised by some of the MLAs, including Mohammad Yusuf Bhat and Abdul Rahim Rather (PDP) from Shopian and Kokernag constituencies, respectively. — TNS
