Hailey Clauson demonstrates the sexier side of basketball

The NBA Draft is tonight and there's one star player who just isn't getting enough attention. Her name is Hailey Clauson. She may not have played college basketball or competed in any elite basketball camps, but she certainly deserves a closer look.

Hailey was in Coney Island over the weekend, where she served as Queen Mermaid of the 34th annual Coney Island Mermaid Parade. She also posed for a photo shoot at the Carnival Basketball Booth, where we captured the action for a Facebook Live.

Hailey wasn't the only SI Swimsuit model to visit Coney Island. Nina Agdal joined Hailey for Friday's shoot and Samantha Hoopes stopped by on Tuesday, where she let us ride alongside her on The Cyclone. But that's not all! SI Swimsuit will be back on Coney Island for the first-ever Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Summer Music & Fan Festival on Aug 28.

So if any NBA general managers are reading, don't be afraid to pick Hailey in the draft. We have a feeling she'll be more than a little popular among her teammates.
